The
Tumakohua pass where
Tetamanu Diving Center is installed abounds in hundreds
of fishes and sharks.
The drifting dives beginning from ocean side towards lagoon
side. The depth between 20-30m enables you to discover the
pass ecosystem: marble loaches, nasons, and napoleons moving
on a bottom of pink coral.
In
the pass, you will be able to observe a cave, dug in the right
side of the pass where you find many sharks. The dive finishes
in front of the restaurant next to the piles of the pension
Tetamanu Village Tetamanu Diving Center places at your disposal
a boat to join the diving spots.
Let
you captivate by the beauty and the richness of underwater
fauna in the pass of Tumakohua, with the 100-shark pit, the
napoleon cave and others.
The
southern pass of Fakarava is famous for its varieties of fishes
and according to a well-known specialist in the world of deep-sea
diving, Henri POULIQUEN, it is one of the most beautiful
passes of French Polynesia.

Tetamanu
Diving Center is
located at Tetamanu Village and has got a 30' boat equipped
for the diving and the transfer.
The
complete equipment is provided: blocks, holders, stabs, belts
and ballast, palms, masks, shorty.
A monitor BEES 1 ensures the trainings and explorations
in full safety.
The pension Tetamanu Village will accomodate you with his
splendid bungalows by the pass.
The restaurant located on the pass offers an exceptional sightseeing
where you can admire under the feet, the natural aquarium
where sharks, murenes, surmulets, poles etc ... move together.
The
center is opened all the year.
